What is your return policy?
Every CircIQ tuning module comes with a 30-day free test drive. Install it, drive with it, and experience the difference for yourself. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a 100% full refund.

Returns are completely free, with no restocking fees and a prepaid return label included. Your return costs you nothing. Zero risk, zero hassle, total confidence. To start a return, simply contact us through the Contact Us page and follow the return instructions provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can check out using all major credit and debit cards, as well as convenient digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer interest-free financing?
Yes. At checkout, you’ll have the option to split your purchase into four interest-free payments using Shop Pay Installments. Simply choose that option during checkout to get started.
How fast will I receive my order?
Most CircIQ orders arrive within about 3 days. We ship six days a week from fulfillment centers on both sides of the country, helping your order reach you as quickly as possible based on your location.

How do I track my order?
 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase. Search your inbox for “CircIQ” or “order confirmation” to quickly locate it.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process and ship orders six days a week from fulfillment centers located on both sides of the country. This helps us get your order moving quickly, with most deliveries arriving in about 3 days.
What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as confirmation emails can sometimes be filtered there. You can also search your inbox for “CircIQ” or “order confirmation.”

If you still can’t find it, please contact us through the Contact Us page with the name and email address used at checkout, and we’ll be happy to help locate your order.

Is CircIQ easy to install?
Yes! CircIQ is designed for a simple, driveway-friendly installation. Clear instructions walk you through the process step by step, and no special tools or professional tuning experience are required.
Will the CircIQ tuning module permanently change my vehicle?
No. CircIQ does not permanently alter your vehicle’s factory software. It is fully reversible and can be removed at any time if you ever want to return your vehicle back to stock. It will never leave traces or footprints behind in your vehicle's memory, and completely undetectable once removed.
Will it void my vehicle’s warranty?
No. CircIQ works alongside your factory system without permanently altering your vehicle’s software. It is fully reversible and can be returned to stock at any time simply by unplugging it. In the United States, you’re also protected under US law by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which means your vehicle’s warranty cannot be voided simply because you installed an aftermarket product.
Is CircIQ safe for daily driving?
Yes! CircIQ is designed to work with your vehicle’s factory systems while keeping everyday drivability in mind. It is built for real-world use, whether you’re commuting, towing, road-tripping, or simply looking for a more responsive drive.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Many drivers notice improved throttle response and a stronger, more responsive feel during their first drive! Results can vary depending on your vehicle, driving habits, fuel quality, and overall vehicle condition.
Will CircIQ trigger a check engine light?
No. CircIQ will never cause a check engine light or trouble code. It is designed to work cleanly alongside your vehicle’s factory computer without interfering with normal diagnostics, emissions systems, or factory software.

CircIQ does not permanently reprogram your vehicle's computer, does not overwrite factory settings, and can be removed at any time to return your vehicle to stock by simply unplugging it.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a return request with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Once your request is received, we’ll provide simple return instructions along with a prepaid return label. Returns are free within 30 days of purchase, with no restocking fees.
How does the return process work?
Start by submitting a return request through our Contact Us page with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once approved, we’ll send you easy return instructions along with a prepaid return label.

Simply package your CircIQ module with all original packaging, including the product box, manual, and any included accessories, then attach the free prepaid return label and send it back within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your 100% full refund with no restocking fees.
How long does it take to be refunded?
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within approximately 5 business days. After your refund is issued, the credit will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange my CircIQ module for a different vehicle?
Yes. If you need a CircIQ module for a different vehicle, exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, we can still help you switch to the correct module at a significantly reduced replacement cost. Please contact us through the Contact Us page with your original order number and the new vehicle’s year, make, model, and engine.
